I was back reading your reply and was able to fullview! I'm in love with the focus. Especially the top crust where the two "hills" are.

My only advice is the next time you shoot pie (if you ever do it again) you should try and reflect a tiny bit of light on the bottom of the filling. I learned that lesson recently!! :) It makes a world of difference. Even a plain piece of printer paper would do the trick.

Don't get me wrong, I'm loving this shot!

Ya, I know what you mean...Like get a really white surface to reflect the pie a bit? Lol, I wish I had better plates and china to do really clean shots but I don't :( That and a great macro lens =P
